What is Galaxy Forms?
- Galaxy Forms is a highly integrable PDF document editor, e-signature platform, and form builder specifically designed for the user that needs something powerfully simple and web apps that need user defined custom documents and forms.
What is the difference between My Stuff and Organizations?
My stuff is essentially an organization, but only for the one user associated with the Galaxy Forms account. This area is used for any documents that should be handled only by the Galaxy Forms account holder.
Organizations are created for managing multiple users and documents under one umbrella. Users in an organization have access to all the documents within it.
How do I create an Organization?
- To create an Organization go to Settings > Organizations > Create New Organization. For more information on organizations, check out our Managing Organizations section.
How do I add a user to an Organization?
To add a user to an organization go to Settings > Organizations > Members, and then select "Invite". You'll be able to enter in the desired user's email address and select their access level.
note: If the organization is at its maximum number of users, the number of users on the plan will need to be increased.
How do I upgrade/change my plan?
Selecting or upgrading a plan can be found under Settings > Plan & Billing.
Here you can select a package, edit the amount of users in the organization, manage payment methods, apply promo codes, and review/manage open and recent invoices.
What is a Template?
- A template is a reusable PDF converted from the “docs” area. When “used”, a copy of the PDF is generated for each unique use case. See more about converting PDFs to a template or using templates here.
Can I upload a document and use it just once?
- Yes, in order to upload a one time use document and sign it, you can use our Quick Sign function.
Can I edit original content in uploaded PDFs?
- Yes! On each page in the editor there is a box to allow editing. This box allows a user to edit the original content on the page. Learn more about editing here
