Selecting a Plan

If an organization is created, a plan and payment method need to be attached. To select a plan, go to settings icon on the left navigation bar and click 'Plan and Billing'

The plan selection page allows users to determine whether to go with our standard or pro packages as well as how many users are to be associated with the organization.

When selecting a plan, it is important to have payment information on file. You cannot sign up for a plan without at least one card on file.

For Organizations: Choose plan, billing frequency and payment method.

Note: If more than one organization is added, each organization needs to be associated with a plan and payment options. Click the top right to toggle between organizations to add a plan and payment method.

For "My Stuff" Accounts: If a user chooses to use the "My Stuff" account to send out personal files and use features beyond the free version a plan, billing frequency and payment method is needed.
